WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Before the winter season starts, November 01, you will be assigned a dedicated Client Care contact who will coordinate a pre-season meeting to review site details and expectations. This includes:
A walk-through of your site with updated maps and access points.
Clarification of service levels and response timelines.
Identification and introduction of local on-site contact.
Confirmation of contract details, including the expected number of events for the season.
Site assessment with photo documentation.
PRE-SEASON PLANNING
Once the season is underway, our team operates around the clock to ensure your property remains safe at all times. You can expect:
24/7 snow and ice management from our experienced crews.
Site notes and photo documentation shared regularly — including before and after photos and recorded temperatures at the time of service.
Clear communication around any anomolies or site-specific concerns observed by Dario’s staff.
High-touch check-ins following the first few events to ensure performance meets expectations and allow for timely adjustments if needed.
IN-SEASON
All clients are on a monthly plan, and invoices are issued at the end of each month. With each invoice you will receive:
A summary of all events performed that month
An update on the number of events remaining in your seasonal contract.
Site specific notes, including and service adjustments or issues addressed.
Ongoing photo documentation.
A reminder that your client care contact is just a call or email away.
We believe in proactive communication, consistent documentation, and clear billing — so you’re always informed and in control.
MONTHLY REPORTING & INVOICING
As the season winds down, your Client care contact we offer a post-season site review to walk the property and address any remaining concerns or observations from the winter.
Additional services available in early spring include:
